Banana Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup mashed bananas
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 tsp. salt
1 egg

Instructions:
Combine ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
