Mom's Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
2 T flour
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 banana
nilla wafers

Instructions:
Mix sugar, flour and milk in double boiler.

Beat egg yolks with fork and spoon some milk into the mixture then add to the boiler.

Cook until thickened then add vanilla.

Layer bananas, nilla wafers and pudding in a 13x9 bakeware.

beat 3 egg whites with a dash of salt 1/4 cup sugar till stiff. spread on top of pudding.

Bake at 350 till browned lightly.
