Low fat, healthy banana bread

Ingredients:
2 mashed bannannas
3 egg whites
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 cups oat flour
1tbsp cinammon
sprinkle of salt
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
crushed walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
First mix wet ingredients together in blender.
Mix in the fry ingredients into the mix with a whisk.
Coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Cook in oven at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
