I worked on this commercial and it wasn't made in 1977, but in circa 1973-1974. It was produced on spec and was unsold because it was too risque. I was a lighting tech on it and was brought in by my friend, cameraman Andy Romanoff. Mark Green was assistant cameraman and he later was a music editor on a feature I wrote for Disney.
