Ingredients:
2 c Banana Peppers,Sliced In Thin Rings
3/4 c White Vinegar
1/2 c Water
2 T Sugar
1 T Mixed Pickling Spice
Instructions:
Tie spices in cheesecloth. Place ingredients in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until peppers begin to soften. Cool, seal in a glass jar, and store in the refrigerator.
